Upgrading or downgrading an account

You can move an account from one hosting package to another by upgrading or downgrading it. This allows you to add disk space and bandwidth to an account which has exceeded its quota. Hostroute.com provides a range of packages for you to choose from.

To upgrade or downgrade an account:

  1. Click on the Upgrade/Downgrade an Account link in the Account Functions menu.

  2. Click on the domain or user name in the displayed list and click on the Modify button.

  3. Click on the new plan in the displayed list and click on the Change button.

    Note: Changing plans does not modify CGI access.
